How do I list my wines for sale?

Simply create yourself a profile using the auction registration section. Use the My Auction button to list your wines and add pictures. Please include as much detail as possible, such as when and where the wine was purchased include condition of bottle and label, picture of bottle, case or label if possible. Set the start time of your Auction and Include the starting price and reserve price, don't forget the Buy It Now (BIN) price if you wish to use it. Once you hit save your wine listing will show in the auction straight away.

How do I get paid for my wine sales?

The buyer will pay you directly using the payment method you have chosen (you the seller arrange delivery). Please ensure you reply to you bid emails once a buyer has bid, ask for their contact details and arrange the payment and delivery.

How much does it cost to list my wine?

There are no listing fees or commission for buying and selling wine using the standard the wine auction. There is a small charge if you wish to use gold, silver or bronze feature auctions. Please see fees for more details.

Are my personal details secure?

With our free membership you will enjoy a highly secured, fully customizable privacy settings and personal profiles functions.

How can I get wine recommendations?

Customers have access to Classified Wines expert advice service with vintage recommendations to the styles of wine to match your interests or investment needs. How do I know where the wine comes from and how they have been stored?

When the wine is listed by an individual seller, please use your own due diligence and contact with the seller to define the history and storage conditions of the item. When we are managing a consignment auction for private collectors and wine investors, we interview the collector to understand storage conditions and history of ownership this will be shown in the listing. For large cellar listings, we may travel to the cellar location to inspect the storage conditions and wines. Consignment listings will be clearly marked on the listing.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

Delivery or pick up is arranged by the seller for the Members community Auctions. Classified wine Ltd will arrange this service for members Consignment Auctions only.
