*You are only charged the bank charges if any, and a fee of 50HKD when your wine(s) are sold using the escrow payment service. There are zero fees or bank charges if you arrange payment with buyer yourself.

*There is a small charge for Gold, Silver and Bronze feature auctions, use this feature only if you will to have higher ranking on the home pages and top listing in the auction pages. Click on "Buy it Now" when listing your auction for the prices.

How to use the Escrow Service

To ensure all transactions from our auction website are safe and secure

We will provide full escrow service for the buyers and sellers.

We collect the payment from the buyer, instruct the seller to send the wine(s) to the purchaser, once the seller has delivered the wine(s) to the buyer and the buyer has accepted delivery of wine(s), Classified wine Ltd will pay the money to the seller.

Payment Via Escrow procedures:

1. Buyer bids on the item and wins bid on the auction website;
2. Buyer then sends the payment to our company account by Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer or Check,
3. Seller sends the wine(s) to the buyer, the buyer confirms receipt of the wine(s) in good condition (or as described in the auction)
4. Classified Wine Ltd pays the seller by Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer or Check.


Escrow Payment from Buyers:

Buyers are expected to pay for auctions (purchases) within 7 calendar days of the auction. Payment can be made by bank deposit, bank transfer or check in Hong Kong Dollars, to our company bank account.

When paying by check, bank deposit, or wire transfer, please be sure to reference the auction number and account ID in the details field.

Escrow Payment to Sellers:

Once the transaction is complete and the buyer has received there wine in a satisfactory condition, the money will be released to the seller minus the bank charges if any. Via bank transfer or Check in Hong Kong Dollars
